Order Delivery Timelines
Delivery time varies depending on the service you've ordered. Our fulfillment team typically begin working on an order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please refer to the delivery times are listed below.

- Professional Traffic Campaigns: 3 - 4 calendar days

Can I change the URL or keyword for my traffic order?
You can make one update per campaign per month. This means if you have a monthly order, you can make one modification each month. To modify your campaign details, please send us an email with the new URL or keyword you'd like to use to our support team and we will be able to make the changes for you.
Please note our support team is available Monday - Friday, from 8 AM - 5 PM PT
Can I update my billing information or view my orders?
You can update your billing information, as well as view your past and current orders from by logging in: https://traffic.arcrails.com/account/login
Please note by default accounts are optional. If you initially placed the order as a Guest, you may need to create an account in order to view and update your order information. Please ensure the email you use to create your account is the same one as the one used when the initial order was placed.

How do I pause, cancel, update/downgrade or restart a monthly subscription?

Do you provide refunds if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
